Join us for a deliciously hands-on Sourdough Class 101 hosted at the wonderful Seleece's Bakery in Mayslick! This special adult-only event, brought to you by the Mason County Public Library, is the perfect introduction to the art of sourdough breadmaking.
Whether you're a curious beginner or looking to sharpen your baking skills, this class covers the sourdough basics in a fun, relaxed setting. All supplies are provided, so just bring your enthusiasm—and your appetite! Enjoy fresh sourdough snacks and unlimited drip coffee as you learn.
